Ways to be active

You can incorporate physical activity into your daily routine by:

  • Walking, biking, or rollerblading around the neighborhood
  • Going for a hike
  • Parking farther away from entrances
  • Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
  • Walking your kids to school
  • Walking the dog with your family
  • Dancing
