Canadian Medical Association
new Youth Running for Fun association partner

Doctors Nova Scotia is pleased to announce that the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) has come on board as an association partner of the Youth Running for Fun program.

The CMA joins presenting partners NS Department of Health Promotion and Protection and RBC along with patron partner TELUS Health Solutions in Doctors Nova Scotia's effort to improve the health of Nova Scotia youth by encouraging them to be active and eat well.

The Youth Running for Fun program has just wrapped up its sixth year with record numbers. More than 11,400 youth from 182 schools took part in this free, school-based program designed to help them get active and learn about healthy lifestyles.

Doctors Nova Scotia and our program partners thank all the teachers and parents who make the program possible and look forward to working together next year.
